Free returns and exchanges on all non sale items for sales within US and Canada.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are returning your garment due to a manufacturing defect then please provide an image of the problem along with your email. Two Circles Cycling warranties all items against manufacturers defect for up to one year from purchase date.
Two Circles Cycling will organize a courier to pick-up your returned goods. Please insure that the returned item(s) are well packaged. If you'd prefer to return items using your own service of choice please insure that the cost of postage is clearly marked on the package or retain receipt of cost. Two Circles Cycling will process returned items within five working days. We will then refund you any money owing, and/or the postage costs incurred, up to the following value:
United States - USD $10
Canada – CAD $10
Rest of the World – USD $35
For international returns – Two Circles Cycling will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.
All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”. Value of returned goods should be marked as $1.00 to avoid custom fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
